  • Hot cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (optional)
  • 2 ½ pounds chicken legs, wings, and thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large onions, halved and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ½ cup water

Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt, pepper, and, if desired, seasoned salt. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
