Dressing for Chinese Chicken Salad


  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tablespoon(s) Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sea salt
  • 4 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Grated Fresh Ginger
  • ¼ cup(s) Toasted Sesame Oil

If using rice vinegar eliminate salt and reduce sugar. For best results heat vinegar and dissolve sugar completely, cool and then continue. Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
