  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup converted rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
