  • 8 cups hot cooked macaroni or cavatappi
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) chicken breast halves, skinned
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • Parsley sprigs (optional)
