Easy Potato Soup


  • Chopped chives for garnish
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • 1 ½ cup cubed potatoes
  • 3 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ cup chopped celery
    • ¾ cup thinly sliced Vidalia or sweet onions
    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
