Easy Salsa Chicken 2
Ingredients
- salsa
- 1 can(s) Black beans, drained
- mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken
Put chicken in shallow dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover chicken with salsa and black beans. Cook at 400° for 20 minutes. Add cheese on top of chicken. Cook for another 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
