Sauté garlic and oil. Add broth and heat. Add cornstarch (first dissolve in a little broth). Thicken a little, lower heat and add cream cheese and stir to melt. Cook pasta add sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. 4 servings.
