Fillings Cream Puffs

Ingredients

• 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
• dash of pepper
• 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• ½ cup(s) Cucumber, finely chopped
• ¹/₃ cup(s) Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
• ¹/₃ cup(s) sweet Pickle Relish
• + 3 more ingredients
• • Tuna Filling
  • 2 can(s) Tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup(s) celery, finely chopped

Combine first seven ingredients; sprinkle with lemon juice. Moisten with may; chill. Serve in miniature cream puffs. Makes enough for 4 dozen.
