Fricassee of Chicken with Wild Mushrooms
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) dry White Wine
- 2 cup(s) Chicken Broth
- 2 pound(s) mushrooms - shiitake, porcini, oyster, etc, cleaned and sliced
- 3 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 3 stalk(s) celery, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped (large)
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil

- 4 chicken breast halves, with skin and bone (medium)
- 1 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
- 6 tablespoon(s) flour
