  • 1 t SOY SAUCE
  • GROUND GINGER
  • WATER
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1 clove FRESH GARLIC
  • 2 t DILL WEED

    • ½ can DRAINED PINEAPPLE CHUNKS
    • 1 can DRAINED AND PITTED APRICOTS
    • LEMON ZEST FROM SAME LEMON
    • JUICE OF 1 LEMON, FRESHLY SQUEEZED
    • 2 c FRESH WHITE MUSHROOM CAPS CUT INTO PCS
    • 1 MED RED ONION CUT INTO PCS
    • 4 large STALKS CELERY CUT INTO PCS
    • 3 T OLIVE OIL
    • 2 T BUTTER
    • 1 whole CHICKEN CUT UP
