  • 1 ½ teaspoons black peppercorns

  • 1 flank steak (1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lbs.)

  • 4 teaspoons dried juniper berries, divided
  • 1 ½ teaspoons black peppercorns

    • 2 to 3 tbsp. gin
    • ¾ cup whipping cream
