Green Chile Sauce

Ingredients

5 ounce(s) (1 can) green chiles - chopped and drained
1 poblano pepper - roasted, skinned, seeded and chopped
salt to taste
2 clove(s) garlic - minced
1 green pepper - roasted, skinned, seeded and chopped
1 ½ cup(s) chicken broth or stock
2 tablespoon(s) flour

- 1 medium onion - chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 dash(s) cumin
- 1 yellow pepper - roasted, skinned, seeded and chopped

Melt butter and oil together in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft. Stir in flour and then the broth. Whisk together continuously until the mixture is smooth. Add chiles, peppers, garlic, salt and cumin. Lower heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with your favor...
