Green Chile Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 ounce(s) (1 can) green chiles - chopped and drained
  • 1 poblano pepper - roasted, skinned, seeded and chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 2 clove(s) garlic - minced
  • 1 green pepper - roasted, skinned, seeded and chopped
  • 1 ½ cup(s) chicken broth or stock
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour

    • 1 medium onion - chopped
    • 1 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine
    • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
    • 1 dash(s) cumin
    • 1 yellow pepper - roasted, skinned, seeded and chopped
