  • 2 cups leeks
  • whipping cream
  • Fresh chives
  • 1 ½ pounds russet potatoes
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 ½ cups canned low-salt chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 10-ounce package frozen peas

Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add leeks; sauté 3 minutes. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add potatoes and 4 1/2 cups broth; bring to boil.
