  • ¼ pound peeled and deveined shrimp, chopped

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 1 cup chopped napa (Chinese) cabbage

    • 1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
    • 24 round wonton wrappers or gyoza skins
