Healthy Chicken Chickpea Chopped Salad


  • 2 Large Romaine Hearts, Washed And Chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked Pulled Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Sliced In Half
  • 1 can (15 ½ Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Rinsed And Drained
  • ¾ cups Sweet Corn
  • ¼ cups Crumbled Goat Cheese
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cups BBQ Dressing, If Desired
    • Tortilla Strips, To Serve

In a large bowl add lettuce; top with all ingredients except for avocado, BBQ dressing, and tortilla strips. Toss salad gently. Place into cold salad bowls. Garnish with diced avocado and drizzle with BBQ dressing if desired. Serve with tortilla strips.
