  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 15-oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped fresh Swiss chard
  • 8 ounces Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan
    • 6 ounces medium-size pasta shells
    • 4 ounces green beans, trimmed, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • Salt and pepper
    • 3 celery ribs, chopped
    • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 15-oz. can diced tomatoes with juice
