  • ½ cup loosely packed parsley leaves

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 4 (6 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
