  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ¾-inch chunks
  • 1 to 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1/3 cup dry-roasted peanuts or cashews
  • 1 medium onion, cut in half and sliced
  • Crushed red chile flakes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and thinly sliced
  • 6 oz. snow peas, trimmed
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 Tbs. water
    • 3 Tbs. vegetable or peanut oil
    • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
    • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Heat 2 Tbs. of the oil in a large skillet over mediumhigh heat. Add the onion and cook for 2 to 3 min.
