Homemade Ranch and BBQ Chicken Salad

Ingredients

• tortilla strips
• bbq sauce
• sliced olives
• 1 diced tomato
• ½ (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
• ¹/₈ finely diced red onion
• 1 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed

  • Salad
  • pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp vinegar
  • ¹/₈ tsp dried mustard
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp Bon Appetit or Beau Monde seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried onion
  • ²/₃ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • Dressing:

1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients until well blended. Allow the dressing to sit in the fridge for 2 hours. This lets all the flavors mix together. 2.
