Honey Curry Chicken with Cilantro cream in Naan bread


  • 1 c shredded cabbage
  • 8 Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 T toasted Sesame oil
  • 1 T Madras Hot Curry Powder
  • ¼ c Honey
  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 4 piece of Naan bread, store bought or home made
    • Honey Curry Chicken:
    • 1 ½ t Onion powder
    • 1 t Pepper
    • 1 t Salt
    • 1 T Lime juice
    • 1 t Mint flakes
    • ½ bunch fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
    • 8 oz sour cream
    • Cilantro cream:

Preheat your broiler on high. In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the cilantro cream and set aside. In another bowl combine the honey, curry powder, sesame oil and salt. Set aside.
