Iced Cucumber Soup
Ingredients
- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped (scrape larger seeds out)
- 3 T chopped green pepper (optional)
- 2 T finely grated onion
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 t salt
- 2 t dillweed or chives (to garnish)
