Iced Cucumber Soup


  • 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped (scrape larger seeds out)
  • 3 T chopped green pepper (optional)
  • 2 T finely grated onion
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t dillweed or chives (to garnish)
