Italian Chicken and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1-½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- ½ cup zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 potatoes, cubed
Combine all ingredients in a 3-4 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and potatoes are tender. Serves 4-6
