Italian Chicken Sausage Skillet


  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 yellow onion, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 zucchini cut into ¼ inch slices
  • 1 pound Italian Chicken Sausage, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Italian dressing of choice

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
