Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • ¼ pound skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup chopped onion

    • ¼ pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
