Latin Jambalaya


  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter
  • ½ cup(s) chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¾ pound(s) cooked large shrimp
  • ½ teaspoon(s) tumeric
  • 8 ounce(s) chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup(s) dry White Wine
  • 1 ½ cup(s) chicken broth

    • 1 cup(s) long grain white rice
    • 8 ounce(s) fully cooked kielbasa, cut into ½ inch pieces
    • green pepper, chopped
    • 2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
    • ½ cup(s) onion, chopped

Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, green pepper and sauté until soft. Add kielbasa and sauté until brown about 5 minutes.
