LEFTOVER MASHED POTATO SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes, mashed to powder
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 3 cup(s) leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup(s) Ham, Chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 stalk(s) celery, chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter

Melt butter in large sauce pan. Sauté celery and garlic until the celery softens. Add ham and heat thoroughly. Add mashed potatoes, water and chicken bouillon. Allow to come to a boil and reduce heat, stirring occasionally until thickened slightly. Serve with shredded cheese and/or crumbled bacon...
