Lemon Garlic Scallops and Pasta


  • ¾ pound(s) scallops
  • 1 clove(s) garlic - chopped fine
  • large onion - chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • ¼ cup(s) chicken or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup(s) lemon juice or ½ fresh squeezed lemon
  • ¼ cup(s) fresh parsley - chopped, more for garnish or 2 tablespoons dried parsley
