Lemon-Spinach Chicken


  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach, cut into thin strips
    • ½ cup chicken broth
    • ½ cup dry white wine

Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish; dredge chicken in flour mixture.Melt butter in a large skillet; add garlic, and sauté until tender.
