Ingredients

  • ¼ cup(s) flour
  • 1 chicken, 3 ½ to 4 lbs, cut into 8 pieces, or 8 legs and/or thighs
  • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • ½ teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced or chopped
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 8 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced, or 4 oz. canned or 1 oz dried and reconstituted
    • 1 large lime, ½ thinly sliced, the other ½ juiced
    • ½ cup(s) white wine

Mix together flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Heat oil in a heavy skillet or Dutch oven (medium heat). Roll each piece of chicken in seasoned flour and brown in hot oil.
