Maple Dijon Chicken


  • 3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ¼-½ cup maple syrup
  • 3 -4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 -3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • ¼-½ cup water, as necessary
