Marinated Chicken 4


  • ½ cup(s) soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
  • 12 chicken wings, legs or thighs
  • 1 cup(s) dry sherry

Mix sherry, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and onion powder. Combine chicken and sherry mixture in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir once or twice during marinating time. Drain chicken, place in pan, cook covered for 15 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
