Marinated Turkey or Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 pound(s) turkey or chicken cut into 3 inch tenders
  • 1 cup(s) oil
  • 1 - 12 ounce can 7 up or sprite
  • ½ tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 cup(s) soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon(s) horseradish
  • 4 bacon slices quartered

12'' Dutch Oven Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT bacon. Marinate turkey or chicken tenders for 24 hours. With 12 coals on the top and 14 on the bottom. Cook 4 slices of bacon. Add meat and cook until done, stirring occasionally to keep turkey or chicken evenly cooked.
