  • 1 (8-ounce) container plain yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen lima beans
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves

Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan; add beans, and return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
