  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • coarse kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder

    • 3 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    • 2 chicken or pork sausages, finely diced
    • 1 onion, finely chopped
