Mushroom Chicken Piccata Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 1 medium lemon
- ½ cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 ounces baby portabello mushrooms, quartered
- 4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
