  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • 8 ounces dried linguine
  • 1 cup fat-skimmed chicken broth or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Finely shredded parmesan cheese
