Ingredients

  • 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • ½ cup butter, cubed
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
