Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 pounds total)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ c all-purpose flour
  • 2 T unsalted butter
  • 1 T extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ c low-sodium chicken broth
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¾ c dry white wine
    • 1 T balsamic vinegar
    • 1 T honey
    • 1 c seedless red grapes, halved
