  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup chopped orange sections
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds chicken breast tenders
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 8 cups cooked rotini (about 1 pound uncooked corkscrew pasta)

    • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
