Ingredients

1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
seasoned croutons to garnish
1 teaspoon(s) Old Bay Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
2 egg yolks
1 ¾ cup(s) heavy cream or 1 cup milk and ¾ cup cream
2 teaspoon(s) celery, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoon(s) shallots, finely chopped
- ½ cup(s) chicken stock or white wine
- 1 quart(s) fresh oysters with liquid
