Ingredients

½ pound green beans
1 pound chorizo sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
6 to 8 cups water
10 chicken pieces (drumsticks or thighs)
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
20 prawns, peeled if desired
5 cups Bomba, Calasparra, or Valencia rice

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 (32-ounce) container chicken broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- ½ cup dry white wine
- ¼ to 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
