Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oriental sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ¾ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 ¼ pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 ½ cups bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine)
  • + 13 more ingredients
    • 18 leaves from hearts of romaine lettuce
    • 1 cup red cabbage
    • 1 medium-size red onion
    • ¼ cup sake
    • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    • 1 medium-size red bell pepper
    • 1 medium carrot
    • 1 bunch green onions
    • 4 cups Napa cabbage
    • ¼ cup soy sauce
    • ¾ cup soy sauce
    • 3 tablespoons oriental sesame oil
    • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Stir sesame seeds in heavy small skillet over medium heat until golden, about 5 minutes. Place toasted sesame seeds in small bowl; cool.
