Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds new red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
