  • ¼ cup canned low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 4 cups small broccoli florets (from 1 head broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 15.5-oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup plain bread crumbs
    • 1 pound penne or other small, short pasta
