Penne Pasta Salad


  • 8 ounce(s) feta cheese - crumbled (use any flavor of feta - we like tomato basil for the flavor and color)
  • 16 ounce(s) penne pasta - cooked and drained
  • ¼ cup(s) parsley - chopped
  • 3 ounce(s) package of sun dried tomatoes (reconstitute the tomatoes and chop)
  • ¼ cup(s) capers, drained
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, large - chopped
  • 1 package(s) zesty Italian dressing - prepare according to the package directions
