Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread, divided
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3/4 lb.), cut into strips
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    • 1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
