  • salt and pepper to taste (only if needed at the end)
  • ¼ c olive oil
  • ½ c fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ c walnuts or toasted pine nuts
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 c (packed) basil, fresh
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 clove garlic
    • 1 jar(s) sun dried tomatoes in oil (8.5oz)
    • 1 c cooked shredded chicken
    • 12 oz whole wheat or whole grain penne pasta
