Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
    • 4 cups julienne-cut peeled sweet potato (about 1 pound)
    • ½ cup dry-roasted peanuts
    • 1 ½ cups thinly sliced onion
