Porcini Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup dry Marsala
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup beef stock or canned beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup chicken stock or canned low-salt chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
    • 1 ½ ounces dried porcini mushrooms
    • ½ cup dry white wine

Combine porcini mushrooms and 1 cup warm water in small bowl. Let stand until mushrooms soften, about 30 minutes.
