Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) chicken stock or low-sodium broth
  • 0.25 cup(s) hoisin sauce
  • 0.5 pound(s) firm tofu
  • 1 pound(s) pork loin
  • large pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) Asian sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sherry vinegar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
    • 3 clove(s) garlic
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper
    • 1 large leek—halved and cut into 1-inch pieces
